Idempotency updated to support 36 character UUID keys through Payment API

We have released an update to the Payment API to support 36 character UUID keys for idempotency. The release is backwards compatible, so existing 25 character keys will continue to be accepted.
UUID keys will no longer fail the check for the idempotency-key parameter in the API References.
